This is the first reflection on our new web site. I hope that you will drop in and visit us every now and again and take a little time out of the busyness of life to sit back and to reflect upon what is happening in your own life and in the world around you.

Life can be difficult for all of us, no matter what our age or role in life. However, the one thing that you can be sure of, is that no matter what is going on around you or within you, God loves you, and has a plan for you.

Of course this can be hard for all of us to accept and to believe, especially at times when there seems to be so much confusion around. God does not give up us though, even we may be tempted to do so ourselves. Often it is only when we look back upon the patterns in our lives that we can see how God was present to us, protecting us and guiding us through the people we meet. God never gives up on you.

During the month of November let us reflect upon the people in our lives who have departed, but who remain very much alive in our hearts and in our memories. As we reflect upon the kind of people they were, may we be encouraged by the memory of the love they had for us, by the belief that they had in us, and by memories they have left us with.
